PERSONAL GUIDANCE

A Connection Between
You and Your Guide

Online Dojo Workout connects clients with independent martial arts and fitness guides. Guides offer their services as contractors and use their professional judgment to design and deliver the training you agree on.

Together, confirm your goals, session format, schedule, and service terms. ODW’s training library is a shared resource: guides may use it, adapt relevant material, or choose their own suitable resources.

Which program should I start with?

The six-month personalized fitness and training plan is the main starting point. Your intake helps identify a suitable mix of practice topics and a realistic training schedule.

How does independent guide support work?

ODW helps connect you with a guide. The guide provides services as an independent contractor. Confirm the scope, schedule, session format, and compensation for any guide services before beginning.

No. The library is an optional resource for trainees and independent guides. Guides may select relevant ODW resources or use their own suitable materials. Certification candidates prepare for the applicable assessment requirements.

Certification is optional. You can focus on fitness, wellness, or martial arts practice without choosing the certification track.

How long does certification take?

Progress depends on your starting point, consistency, skills, and assessment readiness. The eight-tier blueprint represents a long-term pathway. Availability and assessment details will be confirmed as the pathway develops.
