Read the Full Professional Background
His training interests include powerlifting, functional strength, hypertrophy and sport-specific strength. Sessions can focus on technique, progressive overload, fatigue management and a realistic routine built around the trainee’s experience and equipment. He works especially well with adults at beginner and intermediate levels.
For nutrition, he supports practical meal planning, macro awareness, intuitive eating, and bulking or cutting strategies according to the trainee’s goals and preferences. Performance conversations may cover goals, self-talk, stress management and habit building. These services are coaching and education, not medical nutrition therapy or mental-health treatment.
Online sessions use Zoom or Google Meet. Syed can demonstrate exercises from multiple camera angles, review uploaded form videos, share written training or nutrition plans and arrange daily or weekly accountability check-ins.
His strongest fit is an adult pursuing fat loss, weight gain, strength, muscle development, general fitness or a more confident training routine. Underage clients are not accepted. He asks about injuries and relevant health concerns before adapting activity, recommends a spotter for higher-risk lifts and refers medical needs beyond his coaching scope.
Syed is best matched with adults who want a structured, supportive approach to fat loss, weight gain, strength, muscle development or general fitness. He welcomes recurring and occasional coaching, and he does not accept underage clients.

Syed’s Coaching Philosophy
Listen openly. Explain clearly. Encourage steady effort.
Syed believes that patient, accessible explanations and honest feedback help trainees work through difficulty. He uses humor and relatable examples where useful, while keeping the trainee’s goals and interests at the center of the coaching relationship.
Active Listening
Meet each trainee with curiosity and make room for questions.
Patience & Clarity
Break difficult ideas into digestible steps and try another explanation.
Encouraging Feedback
Notice strengths, invite feedback and adjust the plan together.
Read Syed’s Coaching Approach
A good trainee listens actively and approaches learning with an open mind. A good guide explains ideas in a way that is digestible and accessible. When progress becomes difficult, both bring patience and understanding to the conversation.
Humor and personal examples can make a concept click while helping build a human connection. I want feedback after sessions so that I can understand what is working, where a trainee feels stuck and what should change.
Passion for the work matters. An online service should recruit thoughtful guides and maintain clear communication with trainees, using their feedback to improve the coaching experience.
Encouragement is more useful than pressure. I would rather help a trainee build from what interests and motivates them, celebrate a strength, and gently support the area that needs more attention. My Online Dojo Workout services are for adults.
Prepare for Your Session
1. Set a stable camera angle and clear enough space for the movements you plan to practice.
2. Share your goals, equipment and recent training history. Arrange a suitable spotter for higher-risk lifts.
3. Mention injuries, medical conditions or discomfort before activity so the session can be adjusted or referred appropriately.
Stop if you feel pain or unwell. Online coaching cannot replace in-person medical assessment or supervision for high-risk lifting.
