Who can apply to become a guide?

Experienced martial arts practitioners, movement teachers, and mentors are welcome to express interest. Your background, relevant experience, specialties, and ability to support learners help ODW review your proposed services.

Do I need teaching experience?

Relevant teaching or coaching experience is helpful. Share how you demonstrate movements, explain concepts, and adapt to learner needs, along with any relevant qualifications. Specific service or assessment requirements can be discussed during review.

Are sessions live or asynchronous?

Guides may offer live one-to-one sessions, small groups, workshops, or agreed asynchronous feedback. The format, tools, scope, and availability are confirmed for each service arrangement.

How are guides matched with learners?

A detailed profile helps identify potential fits based on learner goals, specialties, languages, time zone, availability, and compensation range. A suitable match and service terms are reviewed before services are arranged.

Is this a full-time role?

Guides offer services as independent contractors and share their own availability and service terms. Opportunities vary with learner needs, service fit, and schedule; they do not establish a fixed workload.

What support does Online Dojo Workout provide?
